Parallel sessions
The parallel sessions are given by experts in the field and organized in collaboration with various stakeholders, research institutions and government institutes. The topics are timely and have emerged bottom-up from industrial enterprises, consumers, regulators and users.
All parallel sessions will be offered twice in a short (1 hour) version and an extended (1,5 hour) version. At the website (www.nano4all.nl) you can indicate your participation for the parallelsessions

Workshop A
Nanotechnologies and innovation: chances for SME’s. (by NanoHouse)
Nanotechnologies present opportunities for small and medium enterprises to improve their products, or use technology transfer from other markets and materials. NanoHouse is an organization that aims at SME’s to educate and sensitize entrepreneurs for the many options already provided by nanotechnologies. A meeting by and for entrepreneurs.

Best-practices at the workplace and monitoring of nanoparticles (by Dr.sc.nat.Michael Riediker, Institute of Occupational Health Sciences, Switzerland, and Dr. rer. nat. Thomas Kuhlbusch, Institute of Energy and Environmental Technology (IUTA), Germany).
Current best-practices in handling nanomaterials are a mix of common sense and validated, already existing tools and strategies.
